Vintage Decors had the privilege of designing an expansive and thoughtfully crafted 7BHK interior project for Mr. Pradeep, located in Mahadevapura, Bengaluru. The combined area of 2900 sq. ft. includes both a 3BHK (for personal use) and a 4BHK (for rental purposes), which were seamlessly integrated into one harmonious design. The theme of the home was centered around a serene and refreshing color palette of white and sky blue, creating a calm and airy ambiance throughout. The design approach aimed to enhance the feeling of space and openness, with white serving as the dominant tone to reflect light and make the areas feel bright and expansive. Sky blue accents were carefully placed to add a touch of tranquility and freshness, balancing the design with subtle vibrancy. The result is an elegant, modern, and versatile living space suitable for both personal comfort and guest accommodations. For the 3BHK personal space, the layout focused on functionality and comfort, with carefully selected furniture pieces and an open-flow design that facilitated easy movement and spacious living. The 4BHK rental unit was designed with practical considerations in mind, offering a welcoming and functional environment for tenants, while maintaining the same aesthetic appeal of the white and sky blue theme to ensure continuity throughout the property. The project was completed in 60 days and within a ₹13,00,000 budget, showcasing Vintage Decors’ ability to manage both large-scale projects and smaller, practical spaces while maintaining design consistency and quality. The final result is a beautiful, cohesive, and adaptable living space, perfectly suited to the needs of Mr. Pradeep and his tenants.
