Mr David's Apartment
In Mr. Chatan’s recent interior design project, we revitalized a compact urban apartment’s living area. Our goal was to maximize the limited space while creating a harmonious blend of contemporary and minimalist aesthetics. We utilized a neutral color palette to enhance the room’s brightness and openness, making it feel more spacious.
Bed Room 1
- Master bedroom wardrobe, dressing and study space which covers total area of 77 sq-ft
- We also built loft in the master bedroom of 28 sq-ft
- Wardrobe and Loft have hinges of Hettich and EBCO Brand
- Ply used are commercial Green or Century Ply which are MR Grade ISI Brand Plywood edge binding with modular finish
- Mirror used is from Saint Gobain
- Drawer slider is telescopic with smooth slide feature
- Doors have auto closing hinges and have stainless steel handles
Bed Room 1

Kitchen
- Kitchen base setup with 25 sq-ft
- Kitchen overhead with area of 18 sq-ft
- Kitchen loft with 26 sq-ft
- Drawer slider is telescopic with smooth slide feature
living
- Living had small adjustments on curtains
- TV Unit of 56 sq-ft was also installed
Pooja
- Pooja unit and bookshelf of 8 sq-ft of composite area
Bathroom
- Wash basin with loft and mirror 15 sq-ft area.
