Vintage Decors was entrusted with the design of a luxurious 4BHK villa for Mrs. Bhanu Priya at GR One & Only, Sarjapura, Bengaluru. Covering an expansive 3200 sq. ft., this project aimed to create a sophisticated yet warm living environment, featuring a unique blend of white, brown, pink, grey, and black tones that come together to form a striking and elegant aesthetic. The primary color, white, was used throughout the villa to open up spaces and enhance natural light, giving each room an airy and spacious feel. Brown was incorporated into the furniture and flooring, providing warmth and balance to the design. Accents of pink were added to bring a touch of softness and modern femininity, while grey and black elements were carefully integrated to add depth, contrast, and a contemporary flair. The design approach focused on creating a luxurious and functional living space that catered to Mrs. Bhanu Priya’s desire for elegance and comfort. The layout was meticulously planned, with large, open living areas perfect for entertaining guests, and intimate, peaceful bedrooms designed to provide a serene retreat. Custom furniture, high-end finishes, and thoughtful lighting solutions were used throughout to ensure both beauty and practicality. Completed in 60 days and within a budget of ₹22,00,000, this project reflects Vintage Decors’ ability to design and deliver high-end homes with attention to detail and a keen understanding of the client’s needs and style preferences. The end result is a stunning villa that offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and contemporary design, tailored to Mrs. Bhanu Priya’s vision of a dream home.
